Beauty of the movement

Founded by watchmaker Armin Strom in Burgdorf, in the canton of Bern, in 1967, and then taken over in 2009 by Serge Michel and Claude Greisler, the brand has established itself as a symbol of excellence and innovation in the world of Swiss watchmaking.

The movement is at the heart of Armin Strom's creations. Traditional watchmaking techniques such as straight-graining sides, perlage, polished bevels, and circular graining enhance each timepiece. These delicate hand-applied finishes give each model a unique personality.

At Armin Strom, the movement is not merely functional; it is truly celebrated, revealing the full beauty of watchmaking craftsmanship.

The flagship models, including the Mirrored Force Resonance (above left), the One Week First Edition (right), and the Gravity Equal Force Ultimate Sapphire (pictured here), exemplify the brand’s relentless pursuit of excellence.

Let's take a closer look at the Mirrored Force Resonance. Incorporating this phenomenon into a watch has been one of the great challenges of contemporary horology. Armin Strom’s solution is unique: a patented Resonance Clutch Spring directly links the two balance springs to achieve a fast and stable resonant state, particularly well-suited for a wristwatch movement that is constantly in motion.

Each watch tells a story where aesthetics and mechanics come together to offer an incomparable watchmaking experience.
